Accessibility features: Wheelchairs can be hired from the wheelchair hire station at the main entrance. This is on a first-come, first-serve basis. A £10 cash deposit is required for renting mobility aids and an additional £10 hire fee for the wheelchair itself (£25 for scooters). Disabled toilets are available at every toilet block and whilst service dogs are allowed into Drayton Manor, they must be on a harness/lead and are not permitted in ride queues or the zoo.


Drayton Manor is partnered with the Nimbus disability access card scheme. In order to have full accommodations such as queue hopping, you will now need to apply online through Nimbus Disability. Make sure you apply for this at least 7 days before your visit. There is also a medical centre located next to the 4D cinema.

To reserve your wheelchair timeslot, you must first book a full price ticket and then purchase a free wheelchair ticket for the same timeslot separately.

Accessibility features: All floors are accessible by lift, located at the Gas Hall entrance (Edmund Street). The accessible toilet can also be found here, in the back of the Gas Hall. It is important to note that the door leading to the accessible toilet is 80cm wide whilst the toilet door is 91cm wide. Check your wheelchair dimensions to make sure your wheelchair fits through this first door. This spacing issue is due to the nearby stairs. Renovation plans are supposed to take place in the summer of 2024, to remove this issue.


Seating areas are located around the gallery. Should you require seating and none is available, please ask a staff member.

Accessibility features: Unfortunately, due to the age and design of the building, Aston Hall is not fully accessible to guests with wheelchairs and mobility aids. According to the accessibility team at Aston Hall, the ground floor can be accessed by all guests and this includes the Great Hall, Great Parlour, Colonnade Room, Johnson Room, Small Dining Room, Servants Hall, and the Kitchen. There is also level access to the grounds, the Stables Range, and the Stable Yard café and shop. However, all other floors are inaccessible due to the presence of stairs.
Wheelchair guests are advised to enter via the side entrance as there are three steps leading to the main entrance. There are accessible toilets on the ground level.
